Shipping costs

We are happy to offer shipping paid by the buyer for all orders within Ukraine, except for temporarily annexed territories.

Delivery times

Processing time: orders placed before 19:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed on the next business day. Order fulfillment time: 1–2 days. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.

Delivery duration: after processing you can expect your order within 5–7 business days. Delivery is carried out Monday through Friday.

Shipping methods

We offer delivery via "Nova Poshta". Our shipping method is optimized for efficiency and reliability to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Return policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To obtain a return label, contact us at info@fluffy.ua. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Exceptions and limitations

There are no exceptions or limitations to our shipping. Every product available on our website can be delivered within Ukraine, except for temporarily annexed territories.

Order processing

After placing an order, we take 1–2 days to carefully pack and prepare your products for shipment.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) that will allow you to track your parcel until it reaches your doorstep.
