We are pleased to offer customer-paid shipping for all orders within Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories.

Shipping Times

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:30 PM Kyiv time are prepared for dispatch the same business day. Later orders — the next business day.

Order Processing: 1–2 business days. We process and ship Monday to Friday.

Nova Poshta delivery — counted from dispatch from our warehouse:

• between regional centres — 1 business day;
• to district centres — up to 2 business days;
• to villages and settlements — up to 3 business days.

Maximum transit time under the carrier's terms — 7 calendar days.

We offer delivery via Nova Poshta. Our shipping method is optimized for efficiency and reliability to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Exceptions and Restrictions

There are no exceptions or restrictions regarding our shipping. Every product available on our website can be delivered within Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, we take 1–2 days to carefully package and prepare your products for shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) that will allow you to track your parcel until it reaches you.
