Return Period:

You have 14 days to return the product.

Refund Deadline:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Repackaging Fee:

There are no additional charges for repackaging the product.

At FLUFFY™ we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may return an item. Our return policy is designed to make this process as simple as possible.

Cancellation Period.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Condition of the Item.

To return the item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact: contact us by email at support@fluffy.ua or call us at +380 (44) 300-12-12;
  2. Reason: provide the reason for the return;
  3. Return Label: after confirmation you will receive a return label by email;
  4. Shipping: ship the item with the provided return label within 14 days.
  5. Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your return is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Exceptions

Some types of goods are excluded, for example perishable items, personalized products, and goods included in the list under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
