Return Period:
You have 14 days to return your purchase.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
Repackaging Fee:
No additional fees are charged for repackaging the product.
Return Shipping Cost:
Return shipping to the address below is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
At FLUFFY™, we want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Our return policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.
Return Period.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.
Product Condition.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
Return Process
To return a product, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us: contact us by email at support@fluffy.ua or call us at +380 (44) 300-12-12;
- Reason: provide the reason for the return;
- Return Label: once your return is approved, you will receive a return label by email;
- Shipping: send the product using the provided return label within 14 days.
- Refund: once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Exceptions.
Some types of products, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and products included in the list specified in Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, are excluded from the return policy.
